When will you ship my order?
On the shipping date indicated in e-mail order confirmation. The shipping
date depends on the form of payment.

Which shipping methods can be used?
Swift mail, Courier or Express courier
How long does it take for registered mail?
For the USA and outside Europe, from 9 to 18 days maximum.
Swift mail (additional surcharge) from 3 to 7 days (holidays excluded).
Is it possible to ship it by swift mail or by express
courier?
Yes. Upon request, we will notify you the surcharge involved.
What happens in case of loss during shipment?
Registered mail with return coupon, and the international carriers we choose,
have a practically negligible loss record.
Also, all merchandise travels perfectly packed and protected.
When will payment take place?
Payment takes place after the client has received our delivery date via
email.
Of course the delivery date depends on when payment is actually

How will the order be paid?
We normally accept Visa or Master Card payment.
It is possible to pay using international bank transfer (swift) to our
bank account (information on request) (with a 3% discount),
or by international postal transfer ( 5%

Is it possible to pay in a different currency?
Yes. When confirming via email, we will inform you as to the exchange

Finally, we double-check both during tailoring and at the time of shipment. So the chance of motivated complaints is practically reduced to zero. the correspondence of the colors

Technology is coming increasing closer to achieving a truly universal
standard regarding the color display on monitors. When you see a magnifying

next to the photos, it is possible to get a closeup view of
the details of the pattern and the colors.
To provide an even greater guarantee for clients interested in an article of ours, after having notified us their measurements and having clarified the characteristics of the model, before placing the finalizing the order, they can ask us to send color or fabric samples, which we will be more than happy to send by the most rapid means.
Also, following the first purchase, clients will receive the "Capri Fashion Chart", a special sample print which they can use as a reference for future orders and which in any case will permit them to better adjust the color setting of their monitors so that they match the real colors.
Clients will also receive a free measuring tape indicating both inches and centimeters.
